Working From Home? 5 Tips to Manage your Wellbeing and Productivity (Online)

The spread of Covid-19 has forced the world’s largest work-from-home experiment. How are you holding up? With people across a whole range of industries working from home full-time, it’s a good time to reflect and rethink how you manage yourself in your new working environment.What is the best way to maximise productivity, maintain good physical and mental health, and not spend all day in your PJs when working from home? And how can we manage the feelings of anxiety and panic many of us feel as events continue to unfold?

We turned to coach and career expert Hannah Salton, who will walk you through 5 practical strategies of how to through how to look after your wellbeing and motivation if you are working from home during this unpredictable time.
