Wellness Wednesday: The Art of Mindfulness
This course is an Introduction to Mindfulness and helps participants gain familiarity with mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies. These strategies enable participants to strengthen coping skills that lead to deeper personal resiliency, develop their highest potentials, and explore their creativity in new ways.
This course will help you, as a participant, to better understand how to create more space between stimulus and response, so participants develop the skills to purposefully respond, rather than involuntarily react, to stressors.
