STEM·E Talks: Surgery & Medical Devices educates K-12 students in careers oriented towards the medical, particularly surgery and medical devices. This workshop provides an overview of these specific medical professions and how to get more involved in these fields answering the question: What is surgery and what are medical devices? Why are these the professions of the future? Students are provided with presentations from prestigious medical professionals , have access to medical companies, and gain hands-on training through work stations to learn more in-depthly about these professions.
