Multicultural teams provide for diversity of ideas, which leads to growth. However, when company customs are not well defined and explicit, employees substitute the customs they know and their own experiences. This affects all aspects of the business, including how meetings are conducted and the extent of the contributions each team member makes to the company. Participants will engage in an open discussion about the primary facets of culture and learn tips and tools to establish a company culture where ideas flourish and where all team members contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
